Order Cancellation and Product Return Policy
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Conditions:
• You can cancel an order only if the product has not been shipped.
• A cancellation fee of 300 THB per order applies.
• Refunds will be processed after deducting the cancellation fee and transferred to the account under the name of the purchaser only.
How to Request an Order Cancellation

Return Policy (for standard mattresses)
For maximum satisfaction, please inspect the product upon receipt. If there is an error caused by the store, you may return or exchange the product following these steps:
• Contact the store within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Ship the product back via a traceable method, such as EMS. The store will cover the shipping cost along with the product refund.
• Returned products must be in the same condition as received, including manuals and all accessories.
• Once the store receives and verifies the issue, a refund or exchange will be processed as agreed.

Refund/Exchange Conditions
• Exchanges are limited to the same model. If the model is unavailable, the store will either refund the payment or offer a similar product.
Return Policy (for made-to-order mattresses)
Made-to-Order mattresses are custom-made per customer specifications. Therefore, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not possible once the order is confirmed and payment is made, as these products cannot be resold.
Please verify product details such as size, model, height, and specifications before ordering. Contact the store if you have any questions prior to confirming your order.
By completing the purchase and payment, customers agree to the return policy as outlined above.
Product Claim Policy (Manufacturing Defects)
The store guarantees product quality for manufacturing defects only. If a defect is found, claims can be made under the following conditions:
1. Claim Conditions
• The defect must be due to manufacturing only.
• Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.
• Clear photos or videos of the defect are required.
• The product must be in its original condition, without modifications or misuse.
2. Non-Claimable Cases
• Damage caused by customer use
• Stains, tears, or accidental damage
• Damage during transport or installation by the customer
• Damage from improper use
3. Claim Procedure
• Contact the store via designated channels (LINE / phone / website chat)
• Provide the order number along with photos or videos of the product
• The store will verify and respond within the specified time frame
4. Resolution
• If verified as a manufacturing defect, the store may
• Repair the product
• Replace the product with a new one
depending on the case
The store’s decision is final.
